I'm Dillon — fifteen years deep in enterprise digital solutions. Currently Group Technical Lead at ICF Next, where I run development, infrastructure, and QA for a high-traffic platform serving the California State Lottery — millions of transactions a day under strict accessibility, security, and regulatory compliance.

In 2019 I co-founded TwofoldTech LLC with my twin brother, a boutique consultancy that has delivered Sitecore and .NET solutions for HB Fuller, ACFE, General Mills, Dominion Energy, and the CA State Lottery. Before that: lead developer and architect on projects for the Institute of Defense Analysis, University of Kansas Hospital, and a long tail of enterprise brands.

Now I'm bringing that production-grade engineering discipline to AI— folding agents, reasoning, and LLMs into the kinds of systems I've spent a career shipping. Not as a feature. As a substrate.

Directing the Sitecore 10.4 upgrade and the AKS migration of the APIs.

Aware Web Solutions

Lead developer on a range of digital initiatives. Notable: led a Voicify + inRiver POC for Toro that delivered an audio product-experience layer for maintenance and how-to content. Worked across the SDLC on additional Sitecore and integration engagements.

Lead developer and architect on a portfolio of enterprise Sitecore implementations. Notable engagements: HB Fuller (multilingual brand site via Lionbridge), University of Kansas Hospital (full intranet redesign + Sitecore upgrade), MCFA (dealer-facing product API + Coveo), MHC Trucking (mobile app + Sitecore API), and Freightquote.
