Technical lead.
Builder. AI native.
I'm Dillon — fifteen years deep in enterprise digital solutions. Currently Group Technical Lead at ICF Next, where I run development, infrastructure, and QA for a high-traffic platform serving the California State Lottery — millions of transactions a day under strict accessibility, security, and regulatory compliance.
In 2019 my twin brother Dakota and I co-founded TwofoldTech — an AI lab and studio closing the gap between AI ambition and production reality. We build deterministic AI systems with traceable workflows and ship products that automate employee work: TwoOps, PI Strategist, Pulse, LoadBridge, and the Twofold Lead Engine. Lab focus: agentic orchestration, content unification, AI governance.
Before that I was lead developer and architect across a portfolio of enterprise engagements — the Institute of Defense Analysis, the University of Kansas Hospital, HB Fuller, Dominion Energy, the California State Lottery, and a long tail of others.
Now I'm bringing that production-grade engineering discipline to AI— folding agents, reasoning, and LLMs into the kinds of systems I've spent a career shipping. Not as a feature. As a substrate.
01. Trajectory
Group Technical Lead
Leading development, infrastructure, security, and QA across a high-traffic enterprise platform serving the California State Lottery — a system that handles millions of daily transactions under strict accessibility, security, and regulatory compliance. Directing the Sitecore 10.4 upgrade and the AKS migration of the APIs.
Co-Founder
AI lab and studio I co-founded with my twin brother Dakota. We close the gap between AI ambition and production reality — building deterministic AI systems with traceable, auditable workflows; shipping products that automate employee work (TwoOps, PI Strategist, Pulse, LoadBridge, Twofold Lead Engine); and embedding alongside teams ready to put AI into production for real. Lab focus: agentic orchestration, content unification, and AI governance.
Lead Developer
Lead developer on a range of digital initiatives. Notable: led a Voicify + inRiver POC for Toro that delivered an audio product-experience layer for maintenance and how-to content. Worked across the SDLC on additional Sitecore and integration engagements.
Lead Developer & Architect
Lead developer and architect on a portfolio of enterprise Sitecore implementations. Notable engagements: HB Fuller (multilingual brand site via Lionbridge), University of Kansas Hospital (full intranet redesign + Sitecore upgrade), MCFA (dealer-facing product API + Coveo), MHC Trucking (mobile app + Sitecore API), and Freightquote.
Senior Developer & Architect
Sitecore architecture and implementation for the Institute of Defense Analysis (security clearance, ground-up Sitecore instance), Denton County (high-traffic, WCAG-compliant government portal), St. Louis Public Library (Kentico CMS), and Promontory Interfinancial Network (multi-site Umbraco architecture).
